One of the best parts of my job is receiving draft copies of books in advance of their publication. I can say with confidence that these two extraordinary books, due out in November, will find their way into many of your homes and meetinghouses. Hope Leans Forward: Braving Your Way Toward Simplicity, Awakening, and Peace by Valerie Brown, and Dancing with History: a life for peace and justice by George Lakey are the latest from two Quaker authors who have changed, and continue to change, many lives.
